Important Shipping Information

1. Address Confirmation: Confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not liable for shipping issues once the product leaves our facilities.
2. Return to Sender: Products returned due to unclaimed or incorrect addresses will be restocked, and a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued.

International Orders

1. Lubes and liquids cannot be shipped internationally.
2. Honey Play Box® is not responsible for fees, taxes, or customs issues.

Please note: Lubes and liquid products cannot be shipped internationally. If you purchase a gift set with a lubricant, we will contact you to replace the item. Honey Play Box is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country, including but not limited to customs fees/tariffs. We are not responsible if your products are turned away at customs if the government does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or if it is criminal to possess an adult product generally or specifically. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Honey Play Box® at info@honeyplaybox.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Orders are shipped on the same day, so cancellation becomes challenging once processed.
