Important Shipping Information

1. Address Confirmation: Confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not liable for shipping issues once the product leaves our facilities.
2. Return to Sender: Products returned due to unclaimed or incorrect addresses will be restocked, and a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued.

International Orders

1. Lubes and liquids cannot be shipped internationally.
2. Honey Play Box® is not responsible for fees, taxes, or customs issues.

Please note: Lubes and liquid products cannot be shipped internationally. If you purchase a gift set with a lubricant, we will contact you to replace the item. Honey Play Box is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country, including but not limited to customs fees/tariffs. We are not responsible if your products are turned away at customs, if the country does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or if it is criminal to possess an adult product generally or specifically. Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation: Contact us within 24 hours to cancel. Orders ship quickly, and cancellations on weekends are not processed.
2. Returns: Wait for delivery, then ship back unopened items with a 15% restock fee.
3. Defective Products: 1-year warranty available. Contact customer service with your order ID for help.

For Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact Honey Play Box® at info@honeyplaybox.com within 24 hours. Orders are shipped on the same day, so cancellation becomes challenging once processed. Please note that we do not process cancellations on weekends. If you are unable to cancel, you may consider declining the package upon delivery or following our return policy. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's transfer process.

For Returns:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, if you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Click here to print and fill out the return request form, mail your unopened merchandise back to us, and add a 15% restock fee to the payment of your return request.

For Defectives:

We offer a 1-year warranty for our products for exchange or replacement. Click here to claim the warranty online and contact our customer service to learn more about how to troubleshoot any issues. Please make sure to provide your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
