Overall the product was great, the device itself worked well and was a great sensation, the problem comes with the heating element. The first time I used it, i forgot about this feature and so the second time, I figured I’d try it out. I plugged it in for a couple minutes, considering that somewhere in the user manual it mentioned an auto shutoff safety, but when I pulled out the heater to play, it was misshapen, and clearly had melted the sleeve slightly. This didn’t impact the rest of the toy but it is a safety concern for me and I will not be using the heating mode in the future.

SO much better than using "set it and forget it" kegel balls. The bendable mid-point means I've never poked myself (even when I get so mentally caught up in doing kegel exercises that I forget to pay attention to where I'm holding the toy).
