Overall the product was great, the device itself worked well and was a great sensation, the problem comes with the heating element. The first time I used it, i forgot about this feature and so the second time, I figured I’d try it out. I plugged it in for a couple minutes, considering that somewhere in the user manual it mentioned an auto shutoff safety, but when I pulled out the heater to play, it was misshapen, and clearly had melted the sleeve slightly. This didn’t impact the rest of the toy but it is a safety concern for me and I will not be using the heating mode in the future.
Customer service was great and reassuring. The toy arrived as expected and works wonderfully.
SO much better than using "set it and forget it" kegel balls. The bendable mid-point means I've never poked myself (even when I get so mentally caught up in doing kegel exercises that I forget to pay attention to where I'm holding the toy). The inflatation has 4 levels, and it's really helpful to really "feeling" the squeeze.
