Overall the product was great, the device itself worked well and was a great sensation, the problem comes with the heating element. SO much better than using "set it and forget it" kegel balls. The bendable mid-point means I've never poked myself (even when I get so mentally caught up in doing kegel exercises that I forget to pay attention to where I'm holding the toy).
