Overall the product was great, the device itself worked well and was a great sensation, the problem comes with the heating element.
The first time I used it, i forgot about this feature and so the second time, I figured I’d try it out. I plugged it in for a couple minutes, considering that somewhere in the user manual it mentioned an auto shutoff safety, but when I pulled out the heater to play, it was misshapen, and clearly had melted the sleeve slightly. This didn’t impact the rest of the toy but it is a safety concern for me and I will not be using the heating mode in the future.

- sleeve gets sucked-into body, looses vacuum, makes a lot of noise with suction vibration when sleeve unseasoned, need to reset it all the time... lame =/
- body is slippery! Difficult to handle. No way to sit upside down, so it doesn't mess, with rounded top! =[
- removing vibrator pills to wash each time, then trying to hold them to replace, is a PROCESS... =<
- Took seven days more to get! =( shipped took long time, a week more than stated at checkout.
- overpriced for build, but I guess that's what these things go for... $$$ should be $40 or less, does not even stroke, why so much? =$

- great suction! When it isn't sucking the sleeve into the body of the unit, losing vacuum, making loud squirty/fart noises! =O

- easy enough to use, but very slippery, and no way to turn on top to keep from leaking after use before cleaning

Overall, need to fix the sleeve suction issues. I've had a few, and one other did this same thing. Maybe I'm just too small. But then why do I always end up with holes at the end of the sleeve, poking through? Are replacement sleeves available?

Super product. I thought I was wasting money at first, but this is one of the best......if not the best play product I have ever bought. I will buy more products from this company.
I have three masturbators the KAI, KAI 3, AND SKY. I would have to say that this one is the best! The suction and tightness is terrific. The vibrating bullets are positioned just right to hit that "sweet spot" on the underside near the head. Only concern I have is the quality of the sleeve. I have had a hole develop in the sleeves for both this one (which I just recently purchased) and the KAI that affect the function of the suction. There is nothing on the website to indicate the ability to purchase replacements and efforts to find out through the company have gone unanswered. With that said, this is a great toy and works extremely well!

Very good quality. Gets the job done and does it well for a good price. I use it a couple of times a week, and is super easy to clean.
I liked it so much that I used it 5 times in a 6 day period of time and the suction is powerful especially when you do the maximum suction you hold down the button for better not rush it coming back up because that’ll not feel good lol. The KAI 2 is the best stimulator so far. I have purchased 5 of them because they have 3 correctable flaws. First the vibrator pockets are too thin and wear through easily. The lubricant gets into the pocket and ruins the vibrator. Second, the vibrators should be positioned closer to the opening enhancing immediate pleasure. Third the outside lip of the cup tends to fold in and suction is then lost. Correct these and you have a nearly perfect device and yes I still love the KAi 2 when it works right. The SKY product overcomes much of this but the feel is not there for me
