I had issues with this vibrator malfunctioning twice. Within a week of getting it, the first one I received broke. I was very careful not to get water in the air intake holes, per the instructions, but the vibration/licking function completely stopped working. Customer service was responsive, and sent me a replacement after I sent them a video of the device not working.
The second one never suctioned at all. I could just be very unlucky and gotten two faulty devices, but I'm not convinced this is a quality item and have given up. To be fair, I haven't contacted them about the second broken vibrator, but it seems like more trouble than it's worth at this point. :/ It's probably great if it works properly, but I wouldn't know.
